French bean Safari is a dwarf variety and is also known as ‘Green Bean’, ‘Kenyan Bean’, ‘Bobby Bean’ or ‘Fine Bean’. This late maturing bush type bean produces lots of 10cm long skinny round, string-less, dark green pods.

Harvest

June onwards once pods have reached 10cm long before the beans start to develop.

Growing Instructions

Plant 10cm apart in well drained soil/compost in full sun but sheltered position. Keep well watered until established and in dry weather. Must protect from the frost.
