We work very hard to get your purchase to you in the fastest possible time, we aim to deliver the plant to your door no more than 24 hours from when it was packaged. Sometimes this means we will delay despatching the plant until we know the delivery van is booked in which may mean a short delay in you receiving your purchase, but we assume you would prefer the delay than exhusted plants.

Once the plant arrives, please please open the packet, plants need light and air as much as water and food.



What to do if your plant is damaged in transit.
Unfortunately we do not accept returns, as it is unlikely a plant would survive a second journey - however if you are unhappy with the plant on arrival please take a photograph and send it to us at help@gardenerskitchendirect.co.uk with your order reference we will then respond accordingly. It might also be worth giving the plant a water, sometimes they might surprise us and recover.
