Description
F1 Quickstar is an early, slow bolting Kohl Rabi with dark green, slightly broad leaves. Bulbs are flat-round and very smooth, with a beautiful pale green colour. Plants are extremely uniform in size and maturity. Juicy crisp texture bulbs with a water chestnut like taste, much like a milder version of a turnip.

Growing Instructions
Plant into fertile, well-drained soil rich in humus. Plant them 45cm apart and water thoroughly. Keep well watered until established and in dry weather. Keep rows free of weeds, which can inhibit the stems’ growth. Will need protection from the cabbage white butterfly.
Tip
Once the swollen stem is roughly the size of a tennis ball, pull up the plants as needed. Bigger is not better with Kohl Rabi!
