Easy to grow with round, curly leaves and reaching a height of 30cm the taste is milder than that of the flat leaf type. Grow in pots indoors or outside at the edge of borders Curly Parsley can be used fresh or dried and freezes well too. Mainly used as a garnish, but works well in salsas or pesto's and makes a the best parsley sauce.
Planting
Plant in beds or containers, in rich, well-drained soil or compost, in sun or partial shade.
Care
Keep well watered until established, and protect from slugs and snails.

30 – 45cm × 20 – 30cm.
Harvesting
Snip leaves from the outside of the plant as needed, using scissors or fingertips. Harvesting in the morning ensures the best flavour. Be mindful not to over-harvest, allowing the plant to regenerate leaves
