(Perennial)

The flowers can be used to flavour and decorate food and drinks adding a touch of elegance. Also ideal for creating aromatic sachets and potpourris
Planting
Plant in beds or containers, in well-drained soil or compost, in full sun.
Care
Water regularly until established, then only as needed, as Lavenders are drought-tolerant. Prune lightly after flowering to maintain shape and encourage dense growth.

30 – 40cm × 30 – 40cm.
Harvesting
Harvest flowers and leaves using scissors, best done in the morning when the essential oils are at their most concentrated. Avoid cutting into old wood to prevent damage to the plant.
