Coriander
A fragrant and versatile herb, Coriander is a must-have for any kitchen garden. Its feathery leaves and delicate stems (also known as cilantro) add a fresh, citrusy zing to curries, salads, and Asian dishes, while the seeds are a warming spice with a nutty, aromatic flavour. Growing up to 50cm tall, this plant not only enhances dishes but also has traditional medicinal uses.
