DELICATELY FRAGRANT, Dill is an essential herb in many European and Asian dishes. Its feathery fronds are perfect for flavouring fish, salads, and pickles. Dill’s small, hard seeds can be dried and used as a spice.
Planting
Plant in beds or containers, in well-drained soil or compost, and in full sun.
Care
Keep well watered until established, and in dry weather. Protect from frost, slugs and snails. Will self seed in hot weather.

60 – 90cm × 30 – 40cm.
Harvesting
Snip leaves and flowers as required. Harvest in the morning, when the essential oils are most concentrated, and avoid taking morethan one-third of the plant at any one time. Harvest seeds in late summerwhen they turn brown.
