Description
Sweet peas are one of the most popular cottage garden flowers and are a great companion plant to attract pollinators. This is a dwarf variety specially bred for borders, hanging baskets, tubs, pots or containers. A mixture of brightly coloured flowers, some of which have lovely full fragrance flowers.

Growing Instructions
Carefully separate 2-4 seedling clumps and plant each clump 15cm apart, in well-drained soil. A good bucket full of compost dug in to the site beforehand will help to hold moister and enrich the soil. Position in a sunny but sheltered site and keep well watered until established and in dry weather, if they are kept to dry, it will force them to go to seed. Dead head and pick any seed heads off once a week to promote new growth. Young plants will need protection from the frost and slugs, and feed every other week once growing strong and flowering.

Pick the growing tip out to encourage side shoots, this will promote more flowers. Companion planting Sweet peas help attract pollinators to your vegetable garden they are perfect when planted with your dwarf beans.
