Sage – Common (Perennial)
A bushy, spreading evergreen shrub with soft, textured green-grey leaves that are intensely aromatic. Producing pretty mauve flowers in early to mid-summer, it’s a favourite with bumblebees. A versatile herb that elevates everything from savoury dishes to sweet treats and even drinks.
