An outstanding variety of Lettuce with a delightful crisp texture and attractive crinkled leaves that are dark copper-red and fade to bright green at the base. Similar to 'Lollo Bionda'
Harvest
May to November. (You can just pick the outer leaves and treat it as cut and grow again)
Growing Instructions
Plant 30cm apart in well drained soil in a sunny but sheltered position. Keep well watered until established and in dry weather.
Tip
Plant every 3 weeks for a continuous supply. If cut lettuce starts to wilt, pop it into a bowl of iced water and it will come back to life.
