Description
An unusual round variety which is starting to become just as popular as the long traditional ones. They are easy to grow and produce high yields of spherical courgettes which have a smooth green surface.
Harvest
When fruits are roughly 10cm round. Try to pick regularly as this will maintain production.
Growing Instructions
Plant 50cm apart in well drained soil in a sunny but sheltered spot. Keep well watered until established and in dry weather. Can be grown in a pot on your patio, although it wouldn't look out of place in your flower beds too!
Tip
Courgette flowers when picked fresh can be battered and deep fried or simply stuffed with your favourite cheese and shallow fried. Yummy!
